Salvia microphylla 'Delice Aquamarine' Pot 14 cm, is a perennial ornamental plant native to Mexico and is grown mainly for its attractive flowers and its resistance to drought.
This plant produces light blue or light blue tubular flowers, which grow in inflorescences that stand above the dark green foliage. The flowers are much appreciated by bees and butterflies, who are attracted by their scent.
Salvia microphylla 'Delice Aquamarine' grows to around 50-70cm tall and wide, and requires a sunny position in well-drained soil. It is an easy plant to grow and requires little care.
This ornamental plant is ideal for use as a garden or terrace plant. Thanks to its long flowering, it is perfect for Mediterranean gardens and low-maintenance landscaping.
